Use of square scalp grafts for male pattern baldness.
【연구 목적】 남성형 탈모 수술에서 기존에 사용되던 원형 펑치 이식(graf), 피부피판, 또는 스트립 이식과 비교하여 사각형 두피 이식(square scalp grafts)의 임상적 효용성을 평가하고, 그 만족스러운 결과를 바탕으로 Routine한 적용 가능성을 검토하는 것이 본 연구의 핵심 목표이다.

Abstract
Of 223 patients we operated on for male pattern baldness, 43 were done with square grafts. The results were so eminently satisfactory that we have decided to use these routinely--rather than round punch grafts, flaps, or strips--except in unusual cases.
