[CONCLUSIONS] High PIV zenith during CRT strongly predicts poorer survival outcomes in patients with ESCC treated with combined immunotherapy and CRT. These peaks are associated with higher MLD, reduced interferon α response, interferon γ response and increased prevalence of Hippo pathway mutations.
