Open capsulotomy by the transaxillary approach.
【연구 목적】 기존 유방 augmentation 수술을 통해 축농증(capillary contracture)이 발생한 환자에서, 동일하게 유두 주변이 아닌 겨드랑이 접근법(transaxillary approach)을 이용하여 캡슐 절개술(capsulotomy)을 시행하는 기술적 접근과 그 유용성을 제시한다.

Abstract
The release of capsular contracture through the axillary approach is presented. The technique is used in cases that have previously undergone breast augmentation, through the same approach and using the same blunt instrumentation for dissection.
