후천성 귀 기형 환자에서 갈비연골을 이용한 귀 재건술의 새로운 기법을 제시하고 그 임상적 적용 가능성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
【방법】
갈비연골을 채취하여 귀 골격 구조물을 형성한 후, 유두부 피하 터널을 통해 이식하는 수술 기법을 적용하였다. 수술 후 성공적인 결과를 얻기 위해 조밀한 드레싱의 적용이 필수적임을 강조하며 기법의 기술적 요소를 서술하였다.
【주요 결과】
갈비연골을 이용한 귀 골격 재건과 유두부 피하 터널링을 통한 이식은 후천성 귀 기형의 치료에 유효한 기법으로 확인되었다. 특히 수술 부위에 신중하게 적용된 드레싱이 최종적인 재건 결과의 성패를 좌우하는 중요한 요소로 나타났다.
