Abstract 한글 요약
A mitochondria-targeted fluorescent probe (HV) sequentially activated by HO and viscosity was constructed. Probe HV exhibits high specificity and excellent biocompatibility. Due to the upregulation of mitochondrial HO and viscosity in cancer cells, HV is capable of illuminating hepatocellular carcinoma. HV surpasses the limitations of single-marker detection of liver cancer and enables powerful imaging-guided hepatic cancer resections, improving the precision of liver diagnosis and treatment.
