【방법】
HLA-B8 및 DR3 항원을 발현하는 여성 환자에서 미용적 목적으로 실리콘 젤 유방 임플란트를 시행한 후 국소성 경화증이 발병한 단일 사례(case report)를 분석하였다. 환자의 유전적 형질(HLA haplotype)과 임플란트 삽입 후 발생한 피부 병변의 임상적 연관성을 조사하였다.
