Abstract 한글 요약
We thank the correspondent for their feedback on our pilot study of AI in lung SABR planning. Our focus was on feasibility and clinical acceptability within routine practice, using a small sample and clinical metrics rather than emphasizing statistical significance. The paired design and blinded review controlled for variability and maintained consistency. We acknowledge limitations and welcome further research on workflow, dosimetry, and AI explainability to advance clinical integration.
