[Surgical treatment of gynecomastia].
Abstract
Surgical treatment of gynaecomastia is easy. When medical treatment is insufficient, surgery can improve the deformations with a minimal scarring. After morphological aspects and surgical objects description, the authors explain surgical techniques and indications.
