Acrometastasis is a rare presentation of advanced cancer with a poor prognosis. The most common primary cause of acrometastasis is lung cancer, followed by renal, breast and colon cancers. Here we describe an elderly woman with primary adenocarcinoma of the lung who presented with finger metastasis.
