[Esophagobronchial fistula].

We report the case of a patient presenting with an oesophagobronchial fistula involving the right main bronchus, occurring in the context of oesophageal malignancy. The patient's medical history included right hilar radiotherapy for lung cancer, as well as the placement of oesophageal stents. We describe this rare complication, its potential pathophysiological mechanisms, and the therapeutic options reported in the literature.
