Abstract
Primary lung cancer is the most common cause of death from malignant tumors in industrialized countries worldwide. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most commonly diagnosed form of this disease, accounting for approximately 85% of cases 1. The aim of this paper is to present an analysis of surgical treatment options in the early stages of NSCLC, including the indications for surgical intervention and the various surgical techniques.
