Abstract
Clear cell carcinoma of the thymus is a rare malignant neoplasm originating from the thymus. Hyalinizing clear cell carcinoma of the thymus is an exceptionally rare subtype and poses significant diagnostic challenges when predominantly composed of eosinophilic cells. Here, we present a case report of thymic hyalinizing clear cell carcinoma predominantly composed of eosinophilic cells, along with a comprehensive literature review analyzing its clinical, histopathological, immunohistochemical, and molecular characteristics.
