A three-step systematic incisional-slit minigrafting approach.
Abstract
BACKGROUND. Over the past decade, minigrafting has become the cornerstone of effective hair transplantation because the "corn row" appearance commonly seen with larger grafts occurs frequently with smaller grafts. However, there still has not appeared in the literature a sequential, systematic approach that yields consistently good results. This article offers an organized blueprint that not only has given predictable and excellent results, but has expedited the minigraft procedure. OBJECTIVE. To present a three-step incisional-slit minigrafting approach. RESULTS. The method described gives excellent aesthetic results and expedites the procedure.
