Punch rhinoplasty: A complement to rhytidectomy.

To ensure a youthful profile, the author presents a simple technique to correct the drooping nasal tip, provided there is no deformation of the lateral portion of the alar cartilage. A specially designed "punch" forceps removes a small portion of the membranous septum. Suturing along the line of the surgical wound achieves a true rhinopexy.
