[Pathogenesis and treatment of the nasolabial fat pad: nasolabial dermolipopexy].
Abstract
The author presents an original technique designed to control the nasolabial fat pad, which often becomes organized in the form of a fatty tube. Following sub-adipose facelift, the principle of this technique consists of opening the fat pad, then suspending it to the inferior orbital margin by a U-shaped suture anchored onto a plastic plate placed on the skin.
