Abstract
While the quest for youth continues, the public has turned away from traditional surgical procedures and toward less invasive ones. Fillers and nonablative resurfacing have become more desirable than face lifting and laser resurfacing. The hype for nonablative technologies promises tighter, smoother, and firmer skin without surgery or recovery time. But can they deliver? The verdict is still out.
