[Reduction mammaplasty and mastopexy with a circumareolar incision].
Abstract
Since 1990, we have done reduction mammaplasty and mastopexy on 22 patients using the circumareolar incision method. The advantages of the operation are as follows: simple design, less operative trauma, the possibility of performance under local anaesthesia, lactation preserved, good appearance with inconspicuous scar.
