Cohesive gel implants for breast augmentation.
Abstract
According to the author, cohesive gel implants produce a more predictable breast shape with no wrinkles, less silicone bleed, less capsular contracture, and possibly greater durability than other implant types. Here he describes his technique for inserting these devices for breast augmentation and implant replacement.
