Repair of a pharyngo-cutaneous fistula.
【연구 목적】 경부 피부 피판(cervical skin flap)의 표피 섬(epidermal island)을 내피로 사용하고 분피 이식(split skin graft)을 외피로 활용하여 중선 인두피부루(pharyngo-cutaneous fistula)를 폐쇄하는 수술 기법을 제시하고, 이 방법이 특정 환자군에서 유용할 수 있음을 입증하는 데 목적이 있다.

Abstract
A method for closure of a midline pharyngo-cutaneous fistula by providing lining from an epidermal island on a cervical skin flap and outer cover from a split skin graft has been described. It can be useful in selected cases.
