【연구 목적】 본 연구는 글루탈(엉덩이) 피부지방 이식편(gluteal dermofat grafts)을 이용한 유방 성형술(breast augmentation)의 장기적인 임상적 결과를 평가하고, 이식편의 생존율 및 합병증 발생 양상을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Abstract
Of a series of 3 dermofat grafts, about a quarter had either to be removed or disappeared completely, while the remainder shrank unpredictably and were all calcified by the end of 4 years. The donor site on the buttock was often unsightly.
