The use of an autogenous cancellous bone and marrow graft for subtotal reconstruction of the mandible is illustrated with a case report. The rationale of the treatment plan and the operative technique are discussed. Three years of postreconstruction follow-up examinations show good results with this technique.

하악의 광범위 절제 후 남은 잔존 하악골을 이용한 부분적 하악 재건술에서 자가 해면골 및 골수 이식(autogenous cancellous bone and marrow graft)의 치료적 타당성과 수술 기법을 제시한다.
【방법】
자가 해면골 및 골수 이식을 이용한 하악 부분 재건술의 사례 보고(case report) 형식으로 연구가 진행되었다. 수술 계획의 근거와 구체적인 수술 기법이 기술되었으며, 재건 후 3년간의 추적 관찰을 통해 결과를 평가하였다.
