Abstract

Cosmetic consideration in evaluating patients seeking cosmetic blepharoplasty is discussed. Emphasis has been placed on the need to develop a desirable supratarsal fold, elevate the lateral canthal area, and prevent lower eyelid complication. The goal is a more favorable, youthful appearance of the eyes.
