Auricular exchondrosis associated with prominent ears.
Abstract
Exchondrosis of the pinna, a generally ignored posterior cartilaginous protuberance, may take on unusual clinical significance with regard to otoplasty. A case is presented and an attempt is made to unify disparate genetic and anatomical literature.
