[Special techniques in one-stage reconstruction of defects of the cheek using rotation or multiple flaps (author's transl)].
Abstract
The cheek for reconstructive purposes if divided into a medial or lateral region. Some cheek defects are presented and the methods of their closure explained. Bilobed, trilobed and cranial pedicled rotation flaps, used to close lateral defects, are also described.
