[The inferior pedicled nipple-cutis fatty flap in cases of mammoplasty].
【연구 목적】 유방축소성형술(mammoplasty)에서 유두와 유륜의 혈류 공급을 보존하여 괴사 등의 합병증을 예방하는 것이 본 연구의 핵심 목표이다.

Abstract
The problem connected with reduction-mammoplasty consists of preserving a sufficient circulation of nipple and areola. A pedicled cutis fatty flap in the direction of the submammary fold prevents this complication. The surgical technique is described in detail. This pedicled flap is also in use for subcutaneous mastectomy in cases of macromastia with a surplus of skin to be removed. The pedicled flap prevents the dislocation or turning of the silicone-prosthesis.
