Abstract
A technique suitable both for breast reduction and mastopexy is described which has been employed by the author over the past 8 years. In addition to the quality of results generally achieved with many current methods, the author's technique provides less conspicuous scars, better nipple shape, and greater nipple sensation, as well as a better-maintained breast contour. The final assessment after mastopexy and reduction mammaplasty should not be made before 2 years.
