【연구 목적】 요도하열(fhypospadias) 수술 후 발생한 요도피부루(fistula)를 효과적으로 수리하기 위한 새로운 수술 기법을 개발하고 그 임상적 유용성을 평가하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

Abstract
An operation is described using a flap of local skin. No overlying suture lines are used and urinary drainage or diversion is unnecessary. It has been successful in 19 out of 20 successive cases, three of which were penile reconstructions. An added advantage is the short stay in hospital, approximately four days.
