Free osteocutaneous groin flap in the reconstruction of large mandibular defects. A case study.
【연구 목적】 두경부 재건술에서 다발성 조직 이동술의 일환으로 미세혈관 수술을 통한 자유 피판 이식이 확대되고 있는 배경 하에, 광범위한 하악 절제술 후 발생한 대형 구강 결손을 재건하기 위해 골피판이 포함된 대퇴부 자유 골피판(free osteocutaneous groin flap)의 임상적 유용성을 평가하고자 하였다.
