【연구 목적】 엄지 손가락 중수지관절(carpometacarpal joint)의 인대 재건 및 안정성 회복을 위해 Eaton과 Littler 기법을 변형한 새로운 수술법을 개발하고 그 임상적 타당성을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.
