【연구 목적】 경구개열(oblique facial cleft)과 동반된 선천성 부속 이소성 안검(congenital accessory ectopic eyelid)이라는 극히 드문 증례를 보고하며, 해당 병변의 임상적 특징, 조직학적 소견 및 발생 기전을 규명하는 데 목적이 있다.

Abstract
An extremely rare case of congenital accessory ectopic eyelid associated with an oblique facial cleft is reported. The clinical features, histological findings and morphogenesis are briefly described.
