【연구 목적】 안면 및 경부 거상술(face and neck lift) 중 코주름선(nasolabial fold)을 더 직접적으로 거상하고 평탄화시키기 위해 표준 SMAS(superficial musculoaponeurotic system) 절개술을 변형한 새로운 기법을 소개한다.

Abstract
A modification of the standard superficial musculoaponeurotic system incision is described which results in a more direct lifting and flattening of the nasolabial fold during a face and neck lift. The technique has been applied in 43 patients without complications and with satisfactory results.
