【연구 목적】 소유량과 유방 처짐(ptosis)을 동시에 호소하는 환자에서, 인접한 조직을 이용한 자가증강(autoaugmentation) 유성형술을 통해 유방의 볼륨과 형태를 동시에 개선하고자 하였다.

Abstract
Autoaugmentation mammaplasty of the small ptotic breast with adjacent pedicled fat and simultaneous correction of ptosis is presented. The operative procedure is described and some representative results are shown.
