【연구 목적】 하악의 부분적 결손과 인접 연조직의 광범위한 결손을 동시에 재건하기 위해 흉골과 대흉근을 포함하는 복합 골근피판(sternum pectoralis major osteomyocutaneous flap)의 임상적 유용성을 입증하고자 하였다.

Abstract
A case in which a partial defect of the mandible and an extensive defect of the adjacent soft tissue were reconstructed by using a composite osteomusculocutaneous flap of the pectoralis major with sternal bone, is presented.
