【연구 목적】 소피아의 성형 재건 및 미용외과 클리닉에서 다양한 유방 기형(소유방증, 거유방증, 유방 처짐)을 가진 환자들을 대상으로 보정 유방성형술을 시행한 결과와 합병증을 분석하여 예방 전략을 마련하는 것이 본 연구의 핵심 목표이다.

Abstract
A total of 179 patents (330 breasts) with different deformities--micro- and macromastia, mammary ptosis--have been operated at the clinic of plastic reparatory and aesthetic surgery in Sofia. All patients were under observation during the early-postoperative period, and 157 were subject of catamnestic study. The complications and under lying causative factors were analyzed. Recommendations are given for their prevention.
