TL;DR
Kimura disease may cause false-positive results when using PSMA PET in the staging of prostate cancer, and this case indicates that KD may cause false-positive results when using PSMA PET in the staging of prostate cancer.

Abstract 한글 요약
Kimura disease (KD) is a rare, benign chronic inflammatory disorder characterized by granulomatous inflammation with eosinophilic infiltration. We herein describe 68 Ga-PSMA PET/CT findings of KD in the left axilla in a case of prostate adenocarcinoma. This case indicates that KD may cause false-positive results when using PSMA PET in the staging of prostate cancer.
