Joint orthopaedic and plastic surgery management of types III and IV lower limb injuries.
Abstract
A questionnaire survey of orthopaedic registrars regarding the management of severe lower limb injuries were performed with particular emphasis on the role that co-operation with plastic surgeons might play in the management of these injuries. It was clear that both specialties have similar views. The importance of this co-operation is discussed.
