Abstract
This report relates to a rare case of curative resection in gastric perforation due to early gastric cancer performed after conservative treatment. Conservation treatment/omentum patch could be more effective for perforated gastric cancer, and subsequent radical gastrectomy would result in a safer and more highly curative surgery.
